If you send a request about a building

We collect the name you give, a phone number or email address, which building the request is about, whether you want to rent, buy or ask something else, and anything you type in the notes box. We also keep the page you were on and, where your browser tells us, the site you came from. We store a scrambled version of your connection address to stop abuse, not the address itself.

Your name and one way to reach you are needed to deal with the request. Everything else is optional. Without them we cannot answer you.

What we use it for

• To contact you about the request you sent.
• To keep a record of requests, and to stop spam and repeat submissions.
• To count which pages lead to requests, so we know which pages help people.

Who sees it

You agree to two separate things, each with its own box. The first lets us contact you about the request. The second, which is optional, lets us pass your name and contact details to property agencies that may contact you about that building. If you do not tick the second box, we do not pass your details to any agency.

We use outside companies to store our data and to send our email. They handle it only for us. Some of their servers are outside Malaysia, so your details may be stored or processed in another country. We do not sell your details. We may also disclose them where the law or a court requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it for the reasons above, and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

Requests are stored in a database that is not open to the public, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly safe, so we cannot promise nothing will ever go wrong.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, withdraw either agreement above, or ask us to delete your request, by emailing hello@condomalaysia.com. We reply within 21 days. If you withdraw the first agreement we stop contacting you. If you withdraw the second, we stop passing your details to agencies from then on, though we cannot take back what an agency already received.

Visitors who do not send a request

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and where visitors came from. It does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. We do not ask visitors to create accounts.

Children

This site is for adults. Please do not send a request if you are under 18.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that affects what you agreed to, we change the date at the top.

Apabila anda menghantar permintaan tentang sesebuah bangunan, kami mengumpul nama anda, nombor telefon atau alamat e-mel, bangunan yang berkaitan, sama ada anda mahu menyewa, membeli atau bertanya perkara lain, dan apa-apa yang anda taip dalam ruang catatan. Kami juga menyimpan halaman yang anda lawati dan, jika pelayar anda memberitahu kami, laman yang membawa anda ke sini. Kami menyimpan versi bercampur-aduk bagi alamat sambungan anda untuk mengelak penyalahgunaan, bukan alamat sebenar.

Nama dan satu cara untuk menghubungi anda diperlukan untuk mengendalikan permintaan itu. Maklumat lain adalah pilihan. Tanpa maklumat tersebut, kami tidak dapat membalas anda.

Kami menggunakan maklumat anda untuk menghubungi anda tentang permintaan itu, menyimpan rekod permintaan, menghalang spam, dan mengira halaman mana yang membawa kepada permintaan.

Anda bersetuju dengan dua perkara berasingan, masing-masing dengan kotak sendiri. Yang pertama membenarkan kami menghubungi anda. Yang kedua, iaitu pilihan, membenarkan kami menyerahkan nama dan butiran hubungan anda kepada agensi hartanah yang mungkin menghubungi anda tentang bangunan itu. Kami menyimpan permintaan selama mana yang diperlukan untuk tujuan di atas, dan memadamkannya apabila anda meminta, kecuali undang-undang menghendaki kami menyimpannya.

Anda boleh meminta untuk melihat maklumat anda, membetulkannya, menarik balik persetujuan, atau meminta permintaan anda dipadam, dengan menghantar e-mel kepada hello@condomalaysia.com. Kami akan membalas dalam masa 21 hari.
